Why was I banned from Clash of clans?
The simple answer to this is I don't know.
The journey to this started when Supercell started banning all the players who started using mods or bots to save their game.Oh Well,Well done Supercell!! for stepping up and doing something about these culprits who have made the game the bot zone where the robots are playing between themselves.Now don't get me wrong I was one of them who got banned as in the past I tried to play with bots but the game kept on crashing on me so I couldn't use it.But I never deleted it anyway,in the hope to reuse it again.
Anyhow,I never wasn't able to use it.and deleted it straight away after I got 2 weeks bann. Cleaned the cache,cleaned the data (although all these instructions were not given by supercell)but for extra precautions,I fixed my jailbreak device back to normal too.
After two weeks long break,I got my account back.
One month gone past with farming on the same device and I got new message that my account has been permanently banned for using bots.
I couldn't believe my eyes,as I never ever used any mods after that.So how the hell is this possible.
I posted my sorry story to forums in the hope that anoushka (Supercell staff) or Any moderators will pick it up and will try to help.
15 minutes into the forum and the moderator closed the thread saying "if you believe injustice is been done ,contact the support and they will help you.We can't help you from here."
Oh Well!! I contacted support and did my best and swore on the name of god that I didn't used any software,but the support person just kept repeating one same thing that our mass banner has picked your account and that's why you were being banned"
Oh for God sake,Give me a break,if you are banned earlier,why will jeopardize your max th10 with max queen and use the bots again.isn't it common sense.
I got 5 accounts total,and the other 4 are in danger of getting banned as I am using the same device and doing nothing else what i was doing earlier.Contacting to Supercell didnt helped much as no matter what I say,its treated as a lie,as they will believe their own system rather than what I am saying.and they just come up with one single script line with a motive"you have used the bots again,now you have to repay,we cant do anything".But hey, I am writing to you and telling you for sure that I didnt use any 3rd party software and if you can re-investigate my raids,you yourself will find out,if there was any bot activity in searches or in raids itself.
Wish they can help and go one step ahead in re-investigating one step further.
